When you request the free tools, we collect your first name, work email, company name, and revenue stage. This is used to send you the documents you requested and, unless you opt out, the weekly letter for founders at your stage. Every email includes a one click unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
When you book a scoping call, the booking system collects the details you provide in order to hold and prepare for the call.
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach visitors with relevant content on Meta platforms. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and most browsers allow you to block third party tracking entirely.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify and our client management system, both operating under standard data processing terms. Data is retained while it remains useful for the purpose you gave it to us, and deleted on request.
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw consent to marketing with one click in any email. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
